Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Final

Due to limited supply and small-batch drops, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges Are Allowed

We do offer exchanges for eligible items, based on availability.

Eligible exchange reasons:

  • Size exchange (same item, different size)

  • Defective item

  • Wrong item received

Exchange Window

Requests must be submitted within 10 days  of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags (if applicable)

  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Limited Inventory Disclaimer

Because our products are limited-run, we cannot guarantee exchange availability.
If your requested size/item is not available, we may offer:

  • An exchange for a different available size/item of equal value, or

  • Store credit (optional) at our discretion

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Start an Exchange

  • Order number

  • Item name and size

  • Requested exchange size/item

  • Reason for exchange

We’ll reply with next steps and the return shipping address.
