Due to limited supply and small-batch drops, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
Exchanges Are Allowed
We do offer exchanges for eligible items, based on availability.
Eligible exchange reasons:

Size exchange (same item, different size)

Defective item

Wrong item received
Exchange Window
Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags (if applicable)

Free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Limited Inventory Disclaimer
Because our products are limited-run, we cannot guarantee exchange availability.
If your requested size/item is not available, we may offer:

An exchange for a different available size/item of equal value, or
-
Store credit (optional) at our discretion
Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
